We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We ship to all of the 48 Continental United States. All our doors are shipped safely in a solid and secure crating system, specifically designed to protect your door, and to ensure that the door and all parts that ship with it arrive in perfect condition. VilleDoors uses 3rd party carrier networks to ship doors. Upon shipping you will be provided with carriers contact information and a tracking number. Delivery time is normally within 1-2 weeks in the US. For faster service please contact our customer service department. Pre-hung doors require 7 days for preparation. Our doors are solid, thus heavy. Be prepared to unload them from a truck. You might need a help of 2-3 guys, depending on how many doors are in a crate. Forklift is preferable. Loading dock and commercial address are desirable. Shipping cost is provided based on residential address delivery with no loading dock, and trucking company provides liftgate.
Shipping and handling cost within the US is $245 for the first door and $40 for each additional door up to 10 doors. Flat rate $100 shipping for 10 doors and more! It includes actual shipping cost, preparation of a crate, truck loading and unloading with trucking company liftgate.
Delivery cost to the five boroughs of New York City and NJ area within 30 miles of Hackensack is $75 for up to 5 doors.

Customer is responsible to inspect the freight for shortages or signs of damage upon receipt of goods while the driver is still there. If there is any freight damage the customer must refuse the freight, take pictures and note it (type and location) on the freight company's paperwork, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include pictures and the copy of freight`s company paperwork. We will replace any damaged doors in prompt fashion. Please ensure you inspect the content of your order before signing the delivery freight receipt. Villedoors is not liable for damaged other than those mentioned on the freight company receipt. If the customer finds any freight damage after the driver leaves it is the customer's responsibility to file a freight claim with the freight company.

Cancellation and Returns
We value your business and are here to provide you with the best customer service. If your order is not shipped yet, and packaging is not prepared, you can cancel the order and get a full refund. Depending on the progress of your order (crate preparation), there may be a cancellation fee. All shipped orders are subject to 25% restocking fee and shipping cost both ways.
Returns are accepted for stock products only within 7 days of receipt of shipment. All returned orders must be received in unused original condition in its original packaging. Stock products are considered all accessories, interior doors in standard sizes. Exterior doors and sliding doors are custom products. There are absolutely no refunds on custom items, unless they don't correspond to the specifications described in customer's invoice. If you discover any product damages you must contact the delivering company within 48 hours of delivery to report it. Once the product is installed no claims of damages can be filed.
All doors are warranted for 2 years from the day of shipment for defects in material and craftsmanship. Warranty applies to:
1. The strength of framework (glue connections; edges; fixing of decorative elements, such as glass)
2. The strength of coatings, namely appearance of the paint (no cloudiness, darkening); no paint defect, unless it’s caused by external damage
All doors are inspected before leaving our warehouse. If you find any damage, you should contact us immediately. Make sure to check that you received what you ordered; there are no cracks in glass or door slabs.
When ordering a door, please note there may be slight differences in color, texture or glass patterns.
If it’s determined that a door is defective, and it’s a manufacturer’s fault, VilleDoors at our own discretion will do one of the following:
1. Replace a part
2. Repair a door
3. Replace a door
All costs associated with replacement or repair will be covered by VilleDoors.
Warranty is waived if:
Door is not used for its intended application
Door is modified without prior authorization
Improper installation is performed
Damage caused by failure to follow handling instructions
Damage occurred by any cause outside of our control
Before installation, doors should be kept in factory packaging. Keep them away from excessive heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Storing doors is best in horizontal position on a pallet.
