Veneered Door Structure

Modern interior doors are much different nowadays.  A door can be made from various materials featuring all kinds of decorative elements, finished with natural or artificial veneer, glass inserts.

Ville doors veneered doors have the following structure: solid wood frame made of pine, interior is filled with solid wooden blocks. Door slab is finished with MDF panel, covered with 1mm oak veneer and 3-5 layers of varnish. No honeycomb, no paper filling inside. Heavy feel door slab.

Veneered doors have many advantages over solid wood doors. They are easy to install and transport. Veneered doors are about two times lighter then solid doors, what makes them open and close more quiet. Veneered interior doors are soundproof and heat resistant. And least but not last much lower in price.
